Long Term Sick
What are the senior folks doing with their extra long term sick as they approach their flow date? Are we allowed to transfer it to those in need or is it just lost and put into the AAG coffers? Just looking for some ideas so it isn’t wasted if it doesn’t need to be.

DTS vacation and email pay comps to use sick time to cover dropped trips. I’ve never done it but have been told this is a way to get paid for sick time other than using it.
