Depends on the airline, there is a whole chart in the A to Zed of OAL Travel guide or somewhere around there. Basically some airlines RC works but parents don't, some airlines both work, some airlines only parents but no RC. It varies

RC essentially only have access to One World carriers for ZED. There is a page listing all our ZED agreements on the my.envoyair Travel page at: https://webref.aa.com/res/nrsa/internal/ZEDAGREEMENTS.html
