Right up until they actually have to start work under their contract.

The delay in training is the same for virtually everyone there, so it’s not like it’s a bump in seniority at all.

No. But you're moving toward your flow date all the same while no risk to yourself at all AND you're sitting at home with your family friends or whatever you value with your free time. Maybe you still work at something else.

It's why I said "if you're a flow or no kinda pilot".

Based on the companies actions, asking us to take concessions just to keep negotiating, DONT COME TO ENVOY.

The WOs are in the ****ter right now. The only thing separating them from any other bottom tier regional is the flow.

And unfortunately, it's working. Guys are flocking to the WOs in hopes of cashing in an IOU for a mainline job, however far off into the future it might be. It really is quite shocking to me when talking to the new FOs I fly with and here them talk as if they've already resigned to the fact that they're just gonna sit tight here and wait however long it takes to flow. Incredible.

The sad thing is in 6 years the crest of the hiring wave will be long gone. Sure, they’ll eventually get to mainline. But they’ll be forever reserve and forever FO’s with major career stagnation.

Same with the DECs, some with over five figure experience in many different types of aircraft and facets of the industry. I talked to one DEC who was at Endeavor for eight years but came here for the flow. Why would the company give us anything when classes are full and they’re hitting their hiring goals?

It's harder to get hired big 6 OTS than it seems.
