While certainly not the end all be all of reports, AA once again falls to lower levels than our competitors, with even Spirt beating us out.
It would seem like AA is moving in the wrong direction on pretty much every metric around.

They wanted to go to banking rather than keep rolling departures. That's the reason amro went from banking to rolling departures, the on time departures were affected, but aag knew better as always, they have been proven wrong by facts.
