If I were picking a regional today I’d look for inertia. Places where raises, improvements, etc happen. This is not one of those places, and never will be. Management is going for blood just to even consider throwing us a paltry raise our peers at Piedmont and PSA already got without much discussion or with back pay. They want concessions on what is widely regarded as a very anti-pilot, concessionary contract, forced on the pilot group under threat of dissolving the airline.
