This just simply isn't true, if you've been here for 2 years you most definitely without any doubt can hold MIA both as an FO or CA. You're clearly doing something wrong on your end if you're still stuck in Chicago. 175's going to MIA, that imo is a stretch and don't see that happening. YX has that locked down pretty good. They're cheap and they have the over water certifications on their planes. As for PHL, I've never heard of any base talk but I do factually know that we are now doing PHL turns out of GSO.

Lowest seniority CA in MIA is 1100ish. You are saying you will be that in 2 years? As a CA displaced out of MIA and a 2017 hire I would like to think I didnt do anything wrong.

If you were hired in 2017 you should most definitely be between 900-1400 on the seniority list.

I never mentioned 2 years.
You'll get it in April. You didn't miss it by much this time.

As an FO you should be able to hold mia fairly quickly. Next week I fly with a low 2000 number FO who is a line holder. As a captain you might have to wait a little over 2 years but with that BOL airline talk I think there will be more feed to mia so I’m sure we will have more flying down here.

On the 145.
