Pretty sure ALPA didnt come up with any wording in case of partial compensation penalties. So now they can just payback August whenever thy feel like it. Doubt they’ll hold them responsible for paying the extra 20 hrs a month for not making a complete payment.

Only true up for ot was June according to pay statement. Activity pay sheet shows nothing for any month. No breakdown of anything. This audit stinks. Alpa better come to the plate. We need a complete breakdown per month and per ot to see how they came up with these numbers, because so it is we have no idea what they are using for numbers.
Also August should be included with end of Sept check but not.
This is a violation of agreement.

Pay Comp needs to send an email to everyone and explain things so they don’t have to respond to 2500 individual emails.

Of course, they need a way on the pay stub to break things out.

Any word on if the retro applies to those of us who flowed between the start of retro and now? I know it was discussed at one point but I'm not holding my breath.

Well, so much for that LOA. A steep concession by the pilots from what had already been agreed, and even then Envoy won’t stick to it.

If you’re too dumb to calculate the actual back pay by Sep 30, you have to pay the 20 hour override. Very simple. But Envoy says nah, we’ll do whatever we want. Hope this goes to arbitration but I know it won’t.

It should. I think there was a FAQ that addressed it from a union email maybe?
