Most of the banter here is from keyboard warriors who want to sow dislike and distrust of the company. The comments about this particular individual are way overblown. It's clear he was doing his job. Like some guys who can't seem to folliw the manual and wear the appropriate uniform pieces, they are unhappy with any authority. I'm just pointing out facts.

JD ORD chief pilot was great. He was followed by CW. CW was horrible. Both held the same job and performed the same duties. One cared about the pilots, one went out of his way to flex his power negatively. Karma Sucks |
