Ok, As a new hire, No cadet no nothing, late 20's, over 1,700 jet experience not 121 it is an overseas time. What aree the chances to get the 175?

It's an absolute roll of the dice. Even a cadet that got to pick very first in his or her class could get stuck with the 145 if that is all they offer. If you gotta fly the 175 you should go work for Republic, since that is all they operate.
