Wow, how mysterious of you. Any particular reason you are choosing to throw a date out with zero context? If you are trying to be anonymous, anyone that would know a super secret date would also know the super secret details.

Cyio, it’s not a super secret date. It’s a date in the current version of the Senate bill. Something along the lines of if an air carrier takes gov money from this bill, they can not furlough or reduce wages of anyone through the end of September.

Lots of paraphrasing there since I haven’t read the thing and am only repeating what I’ve heard.

Ah OK, thank you . Haven't had a chance today to read too much in it as I thought it was a pretty sealed document.

sounds like the OP doesn't get much attention at home so he comes on these boards for some.

The OP points to a date that should be an open question for anyone at an airline that takes relief (i.e. pretty much everyone here). See a reply I made to a similar post/question: Furlough Protection

I'm willing to bet we see 30%+ furloughs before the end of 2020 if the economy doesn't come roaring back.

Could be much earlier:

The bailout no furlough rules only apply to companies with less than 500 employees. Beyond that it’s on a case by case basis. Hence the controversy. So like the morning after with a ugly date, have a plan B.
