This post is not meant to bash our union guys, they are doing a good job so far.
With that being said, the union should at least send a NASTY email asking for more explanation why they decided to shutdown QT. Those cowards shutdown an hour after the union agreed with the LOA. They ****ed me off so much that I decided to pick up OT out of base. Do they really want us to be on their side? I think they are just uniting the pilot group to go against the company and their despicable behavior. for the record- I know that QT is not company software. Of course, if WE retaliate, it’s an illegal work action. |

The reason? We are dealing with rats, and people are scared of retaliation.
I think the pilot group would appreciate a nasty email against management. |

I REALLY hope it’s not a negotiated solution.
But no. |

Someone mentioned a while ago that negotiating non-contractual issues can be tricky. |
Management is negotiating in bad faith. They clearly showed us with the sudden shutdown of QT.

i don't blame them tho they are pilots not professional negotiators. The whole good moral character requirement goes out the window once you join management I guess. |
