You all going to hold hands on the walk from the United side to L24? Plenty of time for everyone to enjoy each other's company. Welcome back to ORD. We will continue to enjoy our printers on the 175 whilst you knaves write things by hand like savages.

RAH is back in ORD to do AA flying?

AA owns 26% (or whatever the exact percentage is) of RAH. They will always be around to fly for AA.

They also have a good contract with decent pay rates, no-one should hate on a regional that has pulled the cart forwards in the past few years.

explain then why aag is able to cover republic higher pay rates plus 6% minimum profit margin for RAH while envoy gets paid lower for the same job. oh wait we have flow.

We had flow. Now we just have memories of moving up the list.

And the first thing on the to-do list when things start approaching normal again, in about 2022, is ALPA needs to rework the flow agreement. Flowing 20 a month isn’t worthwhile. If Envoy has any hopes of a continuing stream of young pilots, they need to rework some incentives to come here. Because being pounded into the ground for over a decade is just not worth it.

If only ALPA had such power.
The CBA can be reworked in 2024. Unless the company wants to offer something. Then I'm sure ALPA will discuss it.
