Any info on which adapter is best for powering it?
I flew with a guy a few weeks ago in the Bus who had the QC35/Harmony UFlyMike setup, and I can tell you that his mic picked up no more ambient cockpit noise than my own mic on my Bose Proflight 2. Whatever hot mic issues they had seems to have been solved, based on my experience.

So will we the pilots get to vote on the outcome of the cost neutral negotiations? I’ve been here for some time and I don’t think I’ve gotten to vote on anything contract related.

All depends on how it’s done. LOA’s and MOU’s do not need member ratification per the Policy Manual. Tentative agreements do. Either way, I would expect both sides to use the full amount of time, so we won’t see anything soon.

I’m considering buying a pager to use as my primary mean of communication with CS. Are they still using the pager system?

Sounds like complicating them for yourself as well as costing you money.
