Where is this info coming from and specifically WHO at “AA” wanted more? AA does not have a problem filling classes. Flow is a recruiting and retention tool for Envoy, not really a staffing source for AA. That being said, IF “AA” “needed” more from Envoy, they would get it.

If it really came down to staffing a 145 at ENY or a 737 or 320 at AA, where is AAG going to make sure they have pilots?

I don’t see why you need to ruin a perfectly good rumor with logic.

Of course logic has never come to play in decision making in the airline business.

No, they didn't. Cool story bro. Just ain't true.

It's the opposite to be completely factual with this story. AA said no.

Cadets don't make the world turn.

Cadet Instructor Commitment

Is there a two year commitment if you become a cadet instructor for envoy? Or can you leave the cadet program anytime with no penalty?

Question best asked to an actual recruiter, but from what I hear of the program, once you accept money from them, you’ve sold your soul to the devil.
