Get out to where man? People are making $15k a month rn as FO's. It only makes sense to leave for your retirement job.

Thats less than some ACMIs.
Exactly. Its also temporary rates. One industry slip up away from those rates going back to the original raised rates. I completely understand those who want to keep their schedule QOL and all if your more senior but the goal should remain the same on moving on. If I was still at the Voy I’d be planning on those rates expiring and never coming back after 2 years or even less to factor into my decision making on leaving for a legacy or even an ACMI Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Hi All - Thread Bump!
I wanted to let everyone know that the AirlineApps review service is starting back up. My son is now 7 months old, and I feel like I can devote more time to this project. I have a friend who flys for another legacy who will be helping out - he too is very detail oriented and offers a different perspective as he is is a military pilot also. Send me a PM - and I will send you the email address to send your application to. It needs to be in a PDF format, so I recommend making sure it is print legible before you send it to me. My current hourly pay rate is $180/hr and each review+revisions takes about an hour - so that is how much a review will cost (you do get unlimited revisions / Q&As) If you are one of the first 10, my offer stands where you only pay once you get an interview at an airline you are interested in working at. |

Hi All,
I am a former Envoy Captain who left in February 2020 for United. It has been a wild two years, but so far United has been a very great fit for me and my family. From the recent class drops, I am thrilled to see so many WO pilots getting hired! I have been successful at getting a few of my buddies interviews here (and at other places) by helping them edit their AirlineApps application. I really enjoyed working with them, and have started thinking of entering the (crowded) review / prep space. Before I flew for Envoy, I worked in finance for American Airlines, and my final position was managing a team in Pilot Recruitment and Development (partly why I decided to make a comeback to the flight deck), and as a result have a very good idea on how to make your AirlineApps really shine and more importantly, how it can sell your story to a recruiter. Because I did work for AA, I am going to recuse myself from helping with AA Pilot Credentials profiles. Each application takes about an hour to review, so charging one hour of my current hourly rate seems fair ($150). Finally, as I am just starting out, and want to show that I have some 'skin in the game' - thus, I will charge you only when you are offered an interview. I do not have a way to know if you are offered one, and do not say anything too me...other than I would not want negative pilot karma! Send me a PM if you are interested, I am going to start with the first 5 that reach out and will go from there! I do ask that you please meet the published minimums to partake in this trial. Thanks!
