Contact information?
Hello fellow avaitors. Does anyone here have any direct contact information for the person thats in charge of new hires/recruiting other than the generic email and voicemail? I signed the employment contract.... Did my ATP/CTP.and the only answer.i can get is is...."Don't quit your current job". I don't understand how they can in good faith keep me locked into this employment contract and keep me in the dark without even giving me some basic information. 🥺

Man, you got Envoyed before even stepping foot on property. Imagine how it will be when you get here. My advice is to try and reach out to recruiting via Facebook. Or go to the west building and sleep out front til they talk to you.

This company is reactionary and doesn’t look ahead. They don’t understand that despite the retention bonuses most of these DECs won’t with be with the company in two years. At that point not only won’t they have any captains, but they won’t have any FOs either because they ignored their pipeline and let it run dry while they were swooning over their precious DECs.
You need to consider all your options.

Sorry, but you folks just don’t get it, you’ve already been had. Envoy took what they wanted and tossed the rest to the side. Don’t expect it to get any better. Don’t get stuck in an abusive relationship.

Same thing as many. What works for YOU. People’s situations are different. For many Envoy IS the right place, despite its short falls. I know that’s contradictory to many of my posts, But right now, if they won’t give you the time of day and you want to go 121, then it’s not the right place NOW. Go where you can live in base. That’s the best answer. Either already there or WILLING to move. For DFW, SKW. Mesa MAY be an option. Otherwise go where you can make the commute the least painful. Most flights, single leg, especially on own metal, or at least who you fly for.
