Hi all. A relative just got hired at Envoy. He needs an overnight bag. I was wanting to get him one for Christmas but wondered if Envoy would reimburse him for it if he bought. Also, any other items a new hire Envoy pilot might find useful i could get form him? TIA!

I am a sucker for airplane models. Someone should buy me one of the expensive wooden ones! There are plastic versions for around $50 for a few different places including Crew Outfitters.

I am 99% sure they do not cover that for pilots. Pilots are required to buy a limited number of uniform items. I think the company covers 50% of the cost and the rest is payroll deducted. They can buy more if they like either on the day they are fitted for uniforms or via the portal from the uniform provider.
