There is no MEC meeting scheduled.

There is an LEC meeting for DFW, items on the agenda are to elect an interim CA rep as the current one is flowing in the coming weeks. Since the FO rep was replaced a few weeks ago and now the CA rep they have to elect an LEC Chairman and Vice Chairman. Normally the Chairman is the CA rep and the FO is the vice chairman of the Local Elected Council.

I make it a practice to research information from any and every source that is possible. In my administration I personally solicited input from every disparate faction in the pilot group to represent fairly AND to make sure I did not miss something.
What I observe in this generation is a blatant attempt to censure competitive idea - a tenant of Fascism and Communism to be sure. Better to air and critique viewpoints in the marketplace of ideas and at least hear one another out. If nothing else it's just common courtesy.
My screen name is chosen from an intended goal of quashing wishful thinking as such when it has no basis in fact. But that said I zealously search through what is out there to make sure I have the facts.

I misspoke, it is a LEC meeting. The electing of Chairman and Vice Chair made me think it was a MEC meeting. I was not aware that the LEC's also had Chairman and Vice Chairman positions, seems redundant.
