Exclamation London Gatwick Airport ?

Hey everyone.... I will be flying to LGW from POS for a 10 day vacation in early April this year. It's been a while since I been to the quiet scenic area of Yorkshire.. Im flying using my ZED discount on BA and just incase I got bumped outbound LGW, can anyone recommend a reasonable place I can stay thats fairly close to the airport too? Many thanks..

Crawley is where a lot of hotels are. We stay at the Arora. On-line rates as low as 50 pounds right now. There are a couple of hotels right on the airport, a Sofitel and a Hilton. They are attached to the terminals via walkways.

There is a HolidayInn in Crawley. Plus, many B&Bs that are reasonable.

Exclamation

By the way, Has anyone flown with British Airways using the ZED's ( zonal discounts)? My airline has a code share with them and as part of the ZED, I can buy the ticket with my airline and then list myself on BA website. However, Im not sure how to check the flight loads for the particular flight I seek. Anyone can help? thank you!
