There is so much bait-and-switch in the TA that it is still better to go somewhere else. Why should a prospective pilot or even a current FO be here when it's still more lucrative (bonuses that will actually be paid, etc) to go somewhere else and not have to worry about having a job in the near future, much less some middle-manager in payroll looking for loopholes not to pay what the company agreed?
