E175 Routes?

Does anyone know where XJT will have its first E175 flights to? Not important just curious.

Also how's that 175 training going?. Those few guys hired so far are going to the 175?. What are the plans/priority if you don't hire as many people as expected?

Those air frames will go to another carrier that can staff them...

You can be sure the priority is to staff the 175s.

I don’t foresee staffing worsening problems. Quite the opposite, with the CRJ guys moving over there will be greater efficiencies.

The priority is to staff the 175? Did the company magically fix the staffing issues on the 145?

Easier to reassign 50 seat flying to other regionals, more likely. Whiskey is at slightly better than critically understaffed at the moment, and I’ve noticed several drops into open time that were trips you guys were originally assigned. Back when we melted down last summer you guys and Skywest were picking up what we couldn’t handle. Harder to do that with the bigger RJ’s.

The CRJ flying was extended at the time of purchase for 2-5 years. They decide to drop all CRJ flying by June (?). Not sure the number of CRJ qualed pilots. 300~?? Thats a good infusion into the Ejets

We are supposed to be staffing 120 145’s and 25 Ejets, as they come online. We are only able to staff 90 or so 145’s at present. United is way behind the hiring curve.
