I did the RW to FW transition to 121 20 years ago, with less than 300 hours FW. Not 1 extra sim required.

Generalities don't work here. Regionals used to hire EB wonders with less than 300 hours total flight time. They mostly worked out fine. Some were turds.

Take my word for it. RW to FW is a cake walk.

I flew a helicopter once, and the coordination and skills required were insane, 10 times more complicated than flying an airplane so I believe you.

I did it the same time but was the tail end of the "need 500 MEL" to get hired. There were several RW to FW in my class with minimal FW time. Same thing. They didn't have any issues. And this was the old school EMB-120 and ATR-72 training.
