What is the latest trend for new hires??

Mostly 145. Some 175

Which bases are assigned to fresh hires?

pretty much everybody has been getting what they bid for. unless you bid the 175. not everybody has been getting the 175.
but ewr and ord is 99% chance youll get. houston lately has been going to new hires as well. |

Yes and yes. But upgrade time doesn’t matter. You can go from -175 FO to -145 captain. If you want to be paid to sit around and live in base it makes sense. Otherwise, no. You won’t fly much. At least initially.

I go to Indoc July 8, planning on bidding whatever gets me to 1000 hours the fastest. EWR in the 145 is my guess...
