Down to under two years as predicted.

23 months on property.

They also included a form to verify you've got enough time to be a CA (1000 121/up to 500 mil credit).

I believe street captains next year as previously mentioned.

So who's got the pool of when the regional model is wholly done?

Prediction: regionals shrink to be too small to make sense. Majors' bean counters finally figure the overhead no longer makes sense and add RJ's to their fleet.

Follow on prediction: 1-3 independent regionals left in 10 years. If any true regionals are left, they will be wholly owned with guaranteed flow.

Now if you could get an industry leading contract (work rules & pay scales), they'd be able to layoff most recruiters, as applicants would be knocking the door down to get there.

The XJT contract has been near the top of the regional industry since 2004 in terms of work rules.

I’m new so I have nothing to compare it to but I have no complaints. The doom and gloom isn’t as bad as it seems.

Lol. I have even had some senior crews mention how we will 100% UA owned and United employees by next year. I think that’s 100% delirious.

We need trip and duty rigs, commuter hotels, and ability to sell back sick time. Otherwise it's a good place to get a great schedule early on and fly as much or as little as you want.
