From what I understand we have close to 30 parked at XYZ hub/hubs on any given day. Only staffing around 65 of 95 on property and the rest are being used as spares. That is where the increase comes from. If, and this is a big if, they could hire enough people to staff all those there are more that could be pulled from the desert with a 3 monthish lead time. I dont foresee us being able to staff that many airplanes anytime soon...but what the hell do I know.

They're parked in KIGM.

Expressjet can have up to 126 E-145's

How hard is it to get ORD on the 175 out of training? And what are the schedules like for ORD are they commutable with later showtimes or early report times? Trying to get a good feel for Expressjet since I’d have to commute to ORD from IND and hoping it would work out! Thanks!

If you get the 175 you will get ORD. They stopped assigning 175 for new hires as of this moment though.... but even if you get 145 you should have no problem getting ORD

Did Republic turn you down? I ask because they have an IND base and ALL 175 fleet. Based at home and on the plane you want. We’re over staffed on the 175 and 145 is stagnant in ORD. All movement on the 145 seems to be in IAH.

No not all their reserve times are really bad right now and also I’m wanting the AVIATE program. The commute from ORD-IND seems wide open. But we’ll see Republic is good I just want opportunity to do AVIATE
