I'd like to have those kind of 'problems' to deal with.
You really need to wake-up and look around this industry some and get a better perspective

Im just guessing here but since hiring is limited to instructors and street captains the company is not planning on extending more than a few CJO's. Alll XJT will be flying are 50 seat jets that are not restricted by the scope, maybe there is plan that is only known to the executive offices of Chicago and Atlanta. As far as the planned classes go it would not surprise me if the company brings a new hire in for basic indoc, gets them on the seniority list then sends them home to be called back for training. Of course everything is very fluid at the moment, XJT may just be the last airline to make the decision to suspend new hire training.

I also, should have said the only domestic regional hiring. I have no idea what airlines in the rest of the world are doing.

Well, the rest of the world, aviation wise, is completely fuc*ed up. Most of the airlines were already walking on the edge before all this happened, at least in Europe. Lots of hiring but airlines were not that solid except for a handful.
I guess I could always go back flying fish to the virgin islands, yay!.
