I am requesting an immediate stop to the ridiculous nature of these posts. Not singling any one person out, but you know who you are. I am a 45-year old pilot who just got hired with a class date of 4/13. Super excited! Then this Coronavirus thing started and rocked everybody's world. I go on this forum to gain insight into the regionals and how they work since I have NONE. Granted, there's been some really good info from some which has been helpful but also a lot of other negative, exaggerated and outlandish opinions that don't have much merit. If you just want to argue and call each other names online, then do it via private messages because I don't need to waste my time reading this crap on a forum that is designed to have constructive dialogue and information sharing. Thank you, in advance.

I hate to give you more bad news, but everything that you just listed as a dislike, is exactly what this place has always been. There is sometimes some good info here, but you need to be willing to sift through piles of garbage to find it. If you are looking for unbiased, factual data, free from spin and opinions, you are looking in the wrong place.

Looking at the recent corporate communication it seems that those in charge get it and are working to help make this work. To guy not taking a paycheck is pretty admirable

You do realize that these guy's "paycheck" is a small portion of their overall compensation, right? And the money they waive in this process reduces their tax burden if they do it correctly!

exactly, I get so sick of guys praising multi-millionaires for deferring some of their compensation for a few months.

26 years in the industry and you’re still at a regional. GoJet, at that. Not surprised at all!
