Xjt still has 1300+ pilots on furlough. Many will return if it's a success

The point was, we don't need to attract talent, we already have too many for now

The only point you ever make with your posts is that you’re either trolling, or a clown.

You honestly think they are sitting at home, waiting for a call? They are out flying for other companies. Being able to lure them back would require money, security, and job opportunities that are better than others in this environment.

We are in an environment like a Sotherby’s auction house. Pilots are going to the highest bidder. I bet a lot have jumped to the big 6, others are getting RJ hours and soon will be able to make the jump.

What makes you believe that is the case?

There's always enough people at any mid to low level company that have the absolute worst personalities and can't move on to greener pastures or that have that 1+ too many DUI's. But I can't imagine anyone sitting around waiting on recall for a poopbag company like this. Even when I was there in 2011 people hated it and couldn't wait to move on. The ASA/Xjt merger was some BS from the beginning. Everyone in my class was gone within 6 months including me.
