Default No longer a regional

ExpressJet is no longer a regional. We are an llc.
Airbahn has one plane and they're listed as an llc.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ExpressJet still says Regional.

https://www.airlinepilotcentral.com/...nal/expressjet still has xjt under regional as well.

Even expressjet.com says you are an airline operating regional aircraft: "ExpressJet Airlines is the union of Atlantic Southeast Airlines and Continental Express and operates Embraer ERJ145 regional jet aircraft."

When XJET starts flying aircraft that exceed the scope clause of the Legacy pilot contracts, they will no longer be considered a regional...

Who cares? Seriously…..who actually cares? Those who still work there and want to split hairs saying it’s “not a regional”? Yeah…it’s worse. It’s a FAILED regional. Or bitter people like Jack who STILL have a chip on their shoulder despite working for a Legacy now? Come on, dude. Get over it. C5 is a dump, and its days are numbered. Look forward, and let it go.

No such thing as a regional jet. We are a mailing carrier now. We do not work for anyone but ourselves. 28 pilots and 4 planes as of today.

Can we just shut down the whole ExpressJet forum. If you want to open a new one do it under “Other” for Aha THERE IS NO MORE XJET

ExpressJet Airlines is operating as AHA and has a charter division. Xjt hasn't gone anywhere

With the opportunities out there in the near and long term, I have to wonder who is still left at XJT and why? Genuinely curious.

The lifers that are in their 60’s and have almost zero chance of getting on with another 121 carrier might see Aha as a way to pad their retirement.
