See You in Heck, ExpressJet!

Well, not really. I'm not a mean and vindictive person. I wish them the best.

But they didn't hire me, and SkyWest just did. Apparently one airline's trash is another airline's treasure. Well maybe not treasure. Fresh meat, at least.

Yay.

Congrats! Looks like better pay anyway... BTW how much time was there between submitting your resume and receiving an invitation to interview with Skywest? Thanks!

It's foolish to take things personal. So we didn't hire you, skywest did, congratulations, move on.

I'm not taking it personally. That's why I said I'm not mean and vindictive. I might have even re-applied there.

I'm still just sort of confused as to what I must have done to rub XJT the wrong way. They only saw fifteen minutes of me. And I wasn't really better prepared for either interview. Oh well.

I don't think anyone knows the exact science as to how to get hired anywhere, sometimes is just luck, if things don't work out for you over at skywest, you can always re-apply. Best of luck.

Welcome to airline interviewing. That's just the way it is.
