I agree and I hope you guys stay independent. We both have good Mgmnt teams who truly care about their employees and the industry needs more like them.

From a purely selfish standpoint, I hope it's not an issue for me. :) Hopefully, I'm outta here by summer, although that has nothing to do with the current trends. If I'm still here, I won't be complaining.

"For planning purposes," where does 8 years put me on the seniroity list at SKW?

They won't merge us, just look at ASA, but #800 out of 2900 pilots on our seniority list has been hire 6.5 years with 66% of our pilot group being hired in the last 4 years, so 8 years would probably put you in the top 20%. Looks like it would be very good for you! ;)

Just looked, seniority #500 has been here exactly 8 years so that would actually put you in the top 17%. :D

Is that better or worst than your current seniority?
