Compared the whole thing and I'll be a NO vote for the CRJ side.

2. CRJ Fleet & New Equipment

Block-out time occurs when an aircraft first moves from the ramp
blocks under its own power or by pushback for the purpose of flight.
Block-in time occurs when the aircraft comes to rest at the next point
of landing or returns to the ramp.

Is this new? or the CRJ always paid this way?

This part really p1ssed me off. We've been paid based on brake release. To top it off, they left the ERJ on the brake.

No signing bonus, ***?!?
No alternate deadhead pay!
No more touching vacation low for two months
And much much more!!

Don't worry... soon enough they will get rid of the ERJ... and guess what : 2. CRJ Fleet & New Equipment

Funny this should be one of the 1st tidbits posted because is was the 1st of many things that ****ed me off. The other is the exchange of the phrase "at the company's discretion" for "subject to scheduling approval". Do they really think we're that stupid?!

Easy "NO" vote for me...

This is a perfect example of why they don't like to release the documents until they can explain things. Guess what, that is the same as the current language. It hasn't changed. It will still be paid based on ACARS...nothing has changed here.

In terms of pattern bargaining...It's better than expected. Yes vote here. I bet any other regional would gladly trade CBA's.
