We can't staff. I know myself and another FO are leaving in sep. I know 3 CAs leaving in aug. and as soon as Allegiant passes their TA, I'd imagine every FO will apply there. This place is dead. Get out while you can or sink with the ship. There will be no growth, just shrinkage (phrasing )

ExpressJet isn't going to die anytime soon. You also don't speak for every FO at ExpressJet. I have absolutely no desire to put an app into Allegiant. If Allegiant does get a good contract it will slow the attrition they are seeing now. Allegiant is hiring for attrition not growth.

Everyone needs to realize that as pay & work rules improve industry wide, many pilots will decide to become lifers at the LLC's... They will stick around. Not all pilots who are at the LLC's want to risk starting over as 1st yr AA/UA/DL/SW/UPS/FEDEX FO. Many families & relationships can't/won't survive the greed. Lots of economic risks & uncertainties involved with the jump. Many pilots are happy or will be happy at the LLC and will become lifers. Many of you are probably very young. But as you age, comfort will set in, and the inclination to take big risks will subside. Especially once we reach a certain age and seniority number. At some point in ones career, the risks of jumping ship does not make sense. At some point QOL, seniority, schedules & pay are enough for many to live & enjoy the lifestyle they dreamed of. Many pilots at Spirit, Frontier, Allegiant, etc will be contempt with where they are.
DO NOT FORGET THAT....

Really???? Is that "researched" fact or word of mouth assumption? And what is Frontier hiring for now? Attrition also?

Yes, true I said it. BUT again, on the other side of the spectrum many are not realizing, is that a lot of pilots do feel a sense of approbation and comfort at an LLC. Its all perspective, age, background, family prioirities, what makes one happy.

They will probably be content. Contempt, I hope not.
