So what do we do now? I would rather go work at Hooters than go too an outfit like Mesa or one of the Hulas torture chambers. I here 37 planes gone on here but other people are saying over 100.

Just curious, do you meet the "eligibility" requirements to work at Hooters?

Not that this is new news, but I was talking to someone who has a "friend" under a NDA in ATL HQ and they solidified the fact that this place is done in 2017. Fleet size will start dropping dramatically in 2017 as it is currently scheduled to. Towards the end they're going to offer us the Skywest contract. If we don't take it then donezo. I say, hello unemployment line. Very reliable source on that.

I feel bad for the people in the GO and ATech who will be out of work. Also for the great bunch of guys in the training department. I learn a lot from those guys every year. Figures that the good regionals get dissolved while the ones that farm out their training are allowed to flourish.

You should clarify...ERJ, CRJ, or both? Sounds like ERJ side only.

Go ahead, make fun of a guy's dreams!

For your information, when they turned me down at Chippendales, they told me they thought I would be perfect for Hooters.

This is a living example of the importance of a college degree in something practical ie. not aviation. Unfortunately those that went to riddle, und and the like will probably be starting over at a regional.
