Missing Army Drone From Arizona Found In Colorado « CBS Denver

Military drone that lost contact and never returned. Has a reported 134 mile range but flew over 800 miles to Colorado before it crashed. They had no idea what happened to it either. Surprised they don't have better tracking on them yet.

Yep, a friend had a flyaway on 2nd flight. Tracked it over 2 miles before losing line of sight and the rest is a mystery. It climbed as high as 600 feet according to the data before dropping signal...could have easily hit a VFR airplane at 500' or landed in a schoolyard during P.E. Battery life suggest another possible 2 miles before crashing or landing. Never found it. Drones are cool but I am now a believer in how dangerous they are to the public.

Not for us...FDX will have over 7000 crew members very soon. Right after Donald brings back all the coal mine jobs, he's going to sign an EO to bring back the flight engineer jobs.

I wonder if this is what all the recent hiring has been about?

I'll retire during the term of this recent contract extension. I'm glad to hear this news.

I rescind my comment. I was thinking our pilot contract with the company was amendable immediately before this new postal contract extension.

If my math is correct our contract is amendable in 2021?
