Default Reserve Allocation Summary

This is probably only of interest to those who sit reserve, but can anybody explain what the gaps are in the Reserve Allocation Summary? Shouldn't every "square" be red, yellow, or green depending on what their R-Day-Move-Denied-For-Insufficient-Feserves computer model forecasts? For example the 28th has a 3 day gap with no forecast coverage and the 27th has nothing at all. Any insight into this abortion of model would be appreciated as I am forever denied regardless of what is in open time or how many bodies are on reserve. It may show some green, but there's always a yellow or red within my R-day block that prevents the move/drop.

I'll take a stab at this. The white means they have plenty of reserve coverage or no open time trips that day. The green means trips are covered with the amount of reserves, but is exceeded by just enough. The yellow means they have the same amount of reserves as open time trips and red means they will have to find someone to draft or extend unless someone picks up the trip.

As I understand it, you can do just about anything with white blocked days. (i.e. drop R-days into open time or swap with trips) You can drop and create a green block day(s). However, you can not make a Green block day drop to a yellow block day. And forget about doing anything with yellow or red block days. You're stuck with what you got even if you are trying to swap with a higher credit trip. They won't let you put anything into open time with yellow or red days as far a as I know.
