These are done by Charlie Venema, former head of hiring at UAL. His company is called CheckedandSet. We offer his review at a healthy discount on our site.
I stiff-armed doing these for years as I wanted to make sure they were done by someone with real experience, not just “some guy” who thought he had things figured out. As the pilot who pulled apps out of the hopper for years at UAL, I was comfortable with his expertise. He has not disappointed us.
Point is it ain’t me doing these...it is someone with real experience here.

Been told by another friend who contacted Pilot Credentials that it is a glitch and the app is on file, if it's published on the first page not draft mode. Doesn't hurt to contact them though to ensure you fall in the same boat. Maybe enough people contacting them will get them to fix their issue.
