Anyone else not able to access or update their app? In the past I have been able to update my flight times etc. Currently it just shows my app has been completed and is under review. Maybe I'm missing something?

I've got this issue as well. I emailed ProQuestions asking how I might fix the issue and they said it was a website glitch on their end and they're working on it. They said they have my full profile with no issues.

Hopefully helps ease the anxiety for someone else. I was getting stressed my app was going to get overlooked because of it.

I've got Gmail and FedEx Expo emails went to spam. Now I'm paranoid and I check spam everyday now and turned off nearly all my filter/labeling rules.

I thought about setting an jobs only email account with Outlook.com. Anyone have any issues receiving there?

This is the email I received from ProQuestions on 4 Nov. It's still showing not resolved on my end (when I print the app) but FedEx emailed me a copy of my app with all the correct data (ie, nothing was missing on their end):

"Our apologizes for the inconvenience. Our support team is still working to resolve this issue. Attached is a copy of your profile that reflects all information entered is intact and viewable on our end! So no worries!

I hope that the issue will be resolved this week!

Is it okay to start the application prior to my ATP? Knocking it out next month and would like to get a head start. I know it says that an ATP is required to apply. Thanks!

For filling out the app, under description of duties for previous jobs, are they looking for more of a listing of duties you performed there, e.g. NATOPS Officer, Maintenance Division Officer, SFWT Level 4, etc... or just one to two sentences giving a broad perspective of your time at that job?

Also, I noticed that the application will let you type ALOT into that description window, but it gets truncated when I go to review/print. I'm guessing that the people who screen the apps only see that truncated version...is that correct?

Well, from the previous comments, I know we all just love FedEx's "new" app site. Wanted to let all you guys/gals know that I went into my profile to check status and when looking at the review page work history, education, and address history all showed red. Anywhere in my app that requires to fill in 'State' for an address had been wiped. All blank...Added them back in, hit submit and got a 'Successful Update' message. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up to check your stuff out. Cheers.

I’m having the same problem as Beech Dude. The state section of work history and residency keeps showing red and therefore incomplete when I look at the application review section. The state drop down menus all appear normal but they just won’t save when I leave the page. I’ve tried various browsers and cleared cookies. Any other thoughts?
