Hello all,
I seem to recall there being a provision regarding the distance a hotel has to be from location to be claimed as a deviation expense yet I can’t seem to find it.
For example, if I have a front dh to cgn and want to go a couple of days early yet stay somewhere else in Germany, is there a mileage distance restriction for that hotel to be covered? I thought in the “way old contract” there was something regarding a distance but I seem to be missing it in this contract.
Thanks in advance for any info and advice with a situation like this.
K.

No distance requirement or limitation. But the amount you can expense is based on the city of your first revenue leg. Look at the hotel directory in VIPS and the most expensive hotel listed there is the amount you can file on your expense report.

Depends which part of the contract you are using:
One part says check in early up to 2 days at the CONTRACT hotel.
One says international travel is always allowed 1 hotel enroute to the checkin destination, which could be anywhere.
