Buy up lines
How does buy up work? If awarded a 79 hour line in a 5 week month I assume you get paid an extra 6 hours. What if you have 20 hours of carry in? Do you still get the 6 hours? What if you have 9 hours of training, do you still get bought up? Does Block over 8 go into the calculation?
