These interviews are for currently employed Pro Instructors. No external interviews planned for this calendar year.

Aren’t Pro Instructors already screened in the same manner as the new hire interview process? Why would they interview again?

From what I understand they don't do the “pilot” interview, which is why I assume they are doing the “pilot” interview now.

this is the old process, so instructors hired under that process need to do the pilot interview still. New hire instructors will be given the pilot interview as well and can flow to the line after 2 years

Not exaclty sure on that as some Pros don't have the requirements/mins to be a pilot here so why would they have to take the pilot interview to become a Pro?

Do the Pro to Line Pilot guys accrue seniority when they flow to the line?

Seniority starts when you are hired as a pilot for the line, not before (as a Pro).

they wouldn’t...they can continue as pros. The pros that want to go to the line have to interview after 2 years. New hire pros will do their pilot interview concurrent with their instructor interview
