There’s a guide in the Content Locker called Okta Verify Setup Guide

You may have to call IT. They will reset your okta login. Then when you follow the okta guide, you can get the QR code for your phone.
Heres a link to the guide.

If the link doesn't work, go to News on the PFC website, select view all at the bottom and scroll way back to May 16. I had to call IT to get my Okta reset. You can find IT number under Resources, General info, wallet phone numbers. The IT number is on the left, I think its Fedex First Tech support.

Setup guide is also in content locker as mentioned.

I called IT and they reset my Okta within a few minutes.

There is a guide within the OKTA app that will walk you through it. Much easier if you start the process before you get your new phone!

There is a good Insite report on how to do it. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to do it through the Okta app on my old phone. Decided to submit an Insite, and came across some archived Insite reports that were really helpful.

Good luck.....

Thanks for the gouge. Finally got in touch with the right person. Long story short, they have to delete your old one, then authorize a new one. Took 3 minutes.

Or easier unless you’re a Marine like me, is to follow the instructions in the app of your old phone before you wipe it. 😳
