Negotiations

I love it when the Union bashers on this board finally show their true colors. It’s all about the dues for these cheap a&*#! It kills them!!
It’s guys like you why there’s a system that requires paying your fair share. Before our 2006 contract we had free loaders who got all of the contract benefits on the backs of all the dues paying members. Didn’t pay a dime!!
Now, these tightwads bi*+% and moan about having to contribute to support the team.
Here’s a news flash - they can quit the Union. There is no requirement to be a member. You can then pay less dues in the form of a maintenance fee!!!
You should consider it- put your money where you mouth is big guy.

It doesn’t take any money to figure it out. FAE cap increase and a payout that follows the indexed inflation average.

I find it laughable because these same types bit$& about the union or the contract and the next thing out of their mouth is bragging about how much money they make. In the very next sentence they bit$& about paying a couple hundred dollars in dues. None of them volunteer to do anything either. I want everything and don't want to pay a dime type. Most look at them and just laugh at the stupidity.

You have to be dense or just dumb to not understand the difference between 2019 and now. We are in negotiations now and past amendable date when we have been asked to step up. Its only your long term retirement and pay that will suffer.
I simply created a thread that was created every year and answered like hundreds of pilots from numerous airlines.
I am supporting our union with my actions. I put my money where my mouth is unlike many.

Once again are you dense or dumb? 2019 and in the middle of negotiations are two completely different situations. I also don’t complain about our union since they do the work that gives us a good contract and will hopefully get better if our pilots step up. My W2 proves I am stepping up unlike a large portion of our group.
