Nope.

Billboards and picket lines aren't gonna get much support from the public or customers who think we all make $90,000/month.

Also, if we end up in mediation, the company may use this stuff as evidence of our "true" mindset and expectations.

Please give me any scenario in which these types of social media stunts are good for FDX pilots or even pilots writ large.

We always have been our own worst enemies. Get an awesome contract and bring the rest up with you. Kill some greenbacks Purple.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but don’t hold your breath. We have many in our pilot group who are completely happy with the current contract. They prove it daily with their behavior. They willingly do large amounts of extra for the current pay, work rules and retirement. Draft was filled no problem except for a short Covid period last month when hundreds of pilots went out. If I was the company I would drag this out 3 years plus.
