There's nothing wrong with eating out. How else do you get food on a layover?

I think it's safe to say that the social media garbage trends young. Hey, fake lives matter.

There's no such thing as "obscenely large" paychecks. We work for it.

Second, Mark.ifly knows he shouldn't be posting his paychecks and bragging about his pay. That's why he made his account private now.

Social media has made it easy for people to display their narcissism.

^^^^^^^Gods honest truth^^^^^^^ People posting their best side to feel better about themselves and worse yet a few do it attempting to make you feel like xxxx about yours. Not too bad in our industry as we know the real from the unreal and most are doing well, but looking around at the rest of the world it’s rather tragic.

*Good thing I am great looking. Guess I need a Facebook account, instagram and learn how to tweet cuz I am not capitalizing on my hood rat wad of $1 bills. Kidding about my good looks of course as I am quite ugly, but no joke about lack of media accounts or the $1 bills.

So let me get this straight. We have a relatively senior captain on our list who posted a screen shot of his paycheck on social media just to impress his fan boy followers? And another kid who ordered a water gun salute at his regional? Good lord what is happening right now.

Starting to see more of that influencer vibe from some of the new hires here. There's a time and a place for all that. At work isn't it. I believe we had a new hire recently that was filmed getting a cannon spray before leaving a regional......

I heard about that as well. Apparently he was good friends with some gate agents and they were the ones that coordinated the spray. If he made a PA after the fact that would lead me to believe he did ask for the spray/attention. I think the former is more likely though.

The Piedmont CA that bashed the UAL 777 crew needs an attitude adjustment...

You really think the entire spray down would be on video if wasn’t planned? The guy had someone in the back ready to film the entire event just so he could post it on his Instagram.

It’s also my understanding he was friends with the ground crew who coordinated the spray down with ramp control.

The post was pretty cringey, but is making $146k in two weeks actually possible??

Yes, when you are bumped for IOE and pick up draft, with an extension at 200%

Edit: Should have clarified, yes in a Month you can. Not in two weeks.
