Yesterday at PDX the Agent working the KCM line had to call his Supervisor because my iPad picture and current badge picture were so different he did not allow me through.
Granted I have aged a bit, but my head being out of round with a flat spot on one side was not caused by 15 years of night flying.
Eventually the Supervisor allowed me through. He stated “They have been having this issue with lots of FedEx guys.”
This use of iPads for the badge picture is a bit of a stretch….

I have a better idea. I think you should run for a union position because they are sure to listen to you………
