The answer seems to be yes.

Or just go find one of the old Pancake Plan videos on YouTube…gotta be in there somewhere

I’d recommend actually reading the TA. Not watching an old video.

I could have copied and pasted, but folks shouldn’t rely on copy and paste. Go read the actual words.

i was just being cute since this is the newest version of the Pancake Plan which was another “we’re dumping the pension but we’re smarter than all of you so trust us” kind of thing that had neat models but no real substance or explanation. Yes, by all means read up on it before you VOTE NO!!

I actually got hired at both FedEx and Delta 7 years ago and chose Delta because of their 401k plan vs the FedEx pension. 18% DC now with cash over cap and able to convert to Roth 401k/IRA is far better than some low returning MBCBP.

Is that better then a 9% B plan PLUS $169,000 year A-plan? Asking for a friend? I’m not sure we’re talking apples to Apples here. Also, if Delta didn’t go Chapt 11 you guys would still have your A-plan. I don’t have a fight in the FedEx TA, but I’m interested in this proposed “C-plan”
Good Luck to my FedEx Brothers…

So everyone hired here since 2015 (nearly 60% of the current crewforce) was hired under the current pension plan. Which means they willingly chose to come to FedEx knowing full well what the retirement is. So the idea that they're going to up vote a TA with so many other deficiencies because of PMs prize pig of a retirement seems like a severe misreading of the room.
