Yes or No only please.

If we didnt have 4a2b nor 4a2c, would the company have furloughed by now?

If we didn’t have PM, CN, et al steering the ship (into an ice-field) and the screaming minority trying to drag us to the ocean floor during the best time to negotiate a contract in this century, we would have an industry LEADING contract by now.

yes or no only please.

Isn't there a function to create a poll?

No chance. Too many junior people in the triple right seat. If they shoved the bottom pilots into the Airbus or 757 they would be able to furlough.

If we didn't have 4a2c they wouldn't have manned the airline that way - all the junior guys would have been moved out long ago to prepare them for furlough. And if we get rid of 4a2c that's exactly what one should expect.

And of course they could furlough some right now...without making even a dent in the airline just to prove a point and **** the crew force off more. Trying to recall..did the old NC say that we would be into 4a2b and c and eventual furlough and the new MEC said that would never happen and it was just scare mongering??

The threat of a furlough is much more powerful than an actual furlough. The company will use it for a maximum scare tactic for a weak contract. How's our leverage now? Maybe more union dollars spent on word salad union reorganization will get us a contract faster.

Here's a hint - you/we have zero leverage. We aren't getting any good contract any time soon - not sure why in world people ever thought that. They don't need a scare tactic. Love the garbage chat gpt crap our Chairman puts out.
