And we have pilots arguing over retro pay.

If you are an old fook than we get it. Everyone else who neglects section 1 is a noob to the industry or a company apologist. You vote your own demise.

Is your mind changed yet?

Retro was just one of several problems caused by PM/CN/MEC/NCs target fixation on Retirement bump.

That focus came from membership polling. Pay, retirement and a few focused QOL issues. Their guidance came directly from the MEC reps, which came from the pilots.

I'm blown away that so many folks voted no to millions of $ of pay/retirement because they were mad about $30K. So dumb.

More are shocked at how 40% of our seniority list thinks that the remaining 60% would vote yes on a TA that benefited mostly people like you. So dumb.

Your inability to see what TA1 scope would have done to decimate livelihoods is perplexing. (Selfish). Your ignorance is astoundingly inexcusably.

Totally did. My bad. Calling it a dog turd is putting it lightly. My apologies. Here’s to TA2 union brother!

What could they have done (Scope wise) under TA1 that they can't do today?

Somehow the CN MEC/PM NC took the polling data from the pilots and reintrepreted it as "let the company do anything they want to the contract as long as we can get any sort of increase to the pension, but only for one time and never more, and only for pilots currently on the property" and then they promised to step down if the vote showed that they truly did misintrepet it, which it ultimately did, but yet they ultimately did not.
