I checked "no" in the survey. There were too many other things wrong with the TA.
However, full retro should be required, to prevent the company from delaying so long in future negotiations. The company delays, on purpose, to save themselves money. That alone should be proof they are not negotiating in good faith. Demanding full retro, as well as an automatic pay raise on each anniversary of the amendable date would perhaps help the company negotiate in a more timely manner. |

Retro was just one of several problems caused by PM/CN/MEC/NCs target fixation on Retirement bump. |
