True Retro

If the company agreed to pay us all true retro pay going back to opening date 3 years the first TA would have passed easily - change my mind

I wouldn’t have voted for it, but I also wouldn’t bet against it passing had full retro been offered, rather than the slap in the face TA1 provided.

Maybe, but true retro and an untouched scope section would have surely passed. I think many were surprised and concerned with the extent of the company changes in scope. The timing of the Dietrich announcement just before the vote didn"t help either.

Atlas guy here.

None of my business. But I see some of you still insist on negotiating in public. It boggles the mind.

Maybe he’s trying to help, not criticize….🤷‍♂️

I checked "no" in the survey. There were too many other things wrong with the TA.

However, full retro should be required, to prevent the company from delaying so long in future negotiations.

The company delays, on purpose, to save themselves money. That alone should be proof they are not negotiating in good faith.

Demanding full retro, as well as an automatic pay raise on each anniversary of the amendable date would perhaps help the company negotiate in a more timely manner.

You are the perfect d-bag representative for FedEx so clueless not even realizing that Atlas has a better QOL and in many ways a better contract than the one and only “airline” that you’ve ever flown for.

Tell me you are a clown without actually saying it.

Is your mind changed yet?

Retro was just one of several problems caused by PM/CN/MEC/NCs target fixation on Retirement bump.
